Terms and Conditions for AESTHETICS LDN Prize Draw


By participating in the AESTHETICS LDN Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw"), participants agree to the following terms and conditions:


Eligibility


  1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of AESTHETICS LDN and their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
  2. Proof of age may be required.



Entry Details

  1. The Prize Draw consists of two concurrent campaigns:
  • Street Prize Draw: Participants who subject their email address and consent to being filmed for social media and speak about their beauty secrets/aesthetic treatments they have had/wish to have, will be entered into the Prize Draw. They can also enter via the Social Media Campaign.


  • Social Media Campaign: Participants must:
  • Follow AESTHETICS LDN’s Instagram (@aestheticsldn) and/or TikTok (@aestheticsldn).
  • Like the official Prize Draw post on either platform.
  • Comment their guess of AESTHETICS LDN’s owner’s age.
  • Tag a friend in the comment who would like to win the prize. Each comment with a unique tagged friend counts as one entry.
  1. Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments.
  2. Both profiles (Instagram and TikTok) must reach 5,000 followers for the Prize Draw to be activated.



Prize

  1. The Prize consists of:
  • £250 worth of AESTHETIC LDN treatments at the London clinic for the winner.
  • £150 worth of AESTHETIC LDN treatments at the London clinic  treatments for the friend tagged in the winning entry.
  1. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative options will be offered.
  2. Treatments included in the Prize are subject to AESTHETICS LDN’s discretion, availability, and suitability following consultation.



Winner Selection

  1. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries across both Instagram and TikTok once both profiles reach 5,000 followers.
  2. AESTHETICS LDN reserves the right to verify all entries, including requiring proof of eligibility, and to disqualify any entry where false or misleading details have been provided.



Announcement and Claiming

  1. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where their winning entry was submitted (Instagram or TikTok) within 7 days of the draw.
  2. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, AESTHETICS LDN reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
  3. Winners and their tagged friends must attend a consultation to confirm eligibility and suitability for treatments. AESTHETICS LDN reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically unsuitable.



General

  1. AESTHETICS LDN reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
  2. By entering, participants consent to AESTHETICS LDN using their entries for promotional purposes, including reposting on social media. Participants may opt out of this use by contacting AESTHETICS LDN.
  3. Personal data will be processed in accordance with AESTHETICS LDN’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
  4. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
  5. The decision of AESTHETICS LDN regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding.



Liability

  1. AESTHETICS LDN will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Prize Draw, except where caused by negligence.
